I offer single telephone sessions of fifty minutes at the cost of £35.00 once the client has paid, the appointment will be booked to the nearest convenient time for them. This service is confidential.

I will call them at an agreed time to landlines only. An E-Mail will be sent confirming time and date of appointment. The first telephone session is free; no payment is required for initial contact.

For longer term therapy, telephone sessions can be bought in blocks of six, a review will happen in session four, for client and counsellor to decide whether more therapy is wanted or needed.
This is to ensure that the client is receiving the counselling they want and that the clients counselling process is hopefully not disturbed waiting for payments to be received.

It is recommended that when choosing a convenient time and day for a session, that you choose one that will remain the same for up to six weeks. This will help with the therapeutic process.

I offer single email sessions of up to 1,000 words at the cost of £25 per email, replies will be sent 72 hours in receipt of payment.

Emails will be carefully studied and analysed, according to the information given.
This process will take over an hour for the counsellor hence the 72 hour wait.
Further email sessions are available if the client wishes.
