Although this service is confidential, because the nature or the internet I cannot give you complete assurance of that.

This service is not suitable for people with severe depression or people with serious mental health issues; it is also not suitable for people who have suicidal tendencies. If this is the case I seriously suggest you visit your doctor for more specialized care.

Any choice or action taken by you as a result of counselling remains your own responsibility.
Cancelled or missed appointments will only be refunded on 48 hours given notice
